Initiate the Webinar Practice
At any time before the scheduled date and time of the webinar, a speaker can initiate a practice session to fine-tune the last details with other speakers or simply to prepare the stage just before the broadcasting. During the training session, you will have access to all the webinar's features.
Note: You don't need to publish the webinar to initiate a training session.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Click the "Start" button of the relevant webinar.
- "PRACTICE" is displayed at the top left of the stage below the title of the webinar. The remaining time before the live start of the webinar is also displayed below the title.
- In training mode, even if you are the last connected speaker, you can exit the webinar at any time the training mode. Click the "
Leave this webinar" button.

Receive an Invitation as Speaker
When a speaker initiates the webinar, as a speaker you are invited to participate to the webinar.
- A pop-up is displayed.
- You can join the webinar ("Accept" button) or decline the invitation ("Decline" button).
If you have declined the invitation, you can join the ongoing webinar at any time:
- Select the "
- Click the 'Join' button as long as the webinar is active, or in other words, as long as there is at least one connected speaker. "PRACTICE" is displayed at the top left of the stage below the title of the webinar. The remaining time before the live start of the webinar is also displayed below the title.
- In training mode, even if you are the last connected speaker, you can exit the webinar at any time the training mode. Click the "

Webinar Broadcasting
Broadcasting the webinar is only possible while you are in practice mode.
At any time a speaker can start a practice session. All other speakers are invited to participate to the webinar. In practice mode, the time remaining before the official start of the webinar is displayed at the top left below the title, counting down to the webinar's official start.
Every attendee will be held in the waiting room until you initiate the broadcasting, even if the scheduled webinar time has passed.
Now it's time to broadcast your webinar.
Note: Although it's still possible to publish the webinar just before starting the broadcasting by clicking the 'Publish' button, it's strongly recommended to do this well in advance of the webinar start time. This allows attendees to connect to the registration page, access the webinar presentation, and enter the waiting room. Remember that URL invitations are only possible if the webinar is published.
- You are in the practice mode of the webinar that you will be broadcasting (see above for how to initiate the webinar practice).
- Click the broadcasting
button.
- If you didn't do it during the webinar preparation, you can still activate the webinar recording. Be aware that recording the webinar consumes storage resources. Think about our planet.

Confirm the start of the webinar by clicking "Yes I'm sure" button. The countdown before the start of the webinar has begun: 3, 2, 1, Go.
If the webinar is recorded, you will be prompted to inform all participants. Click the "OK" button to close this recommendation.

Note: If your webinar is recorded, all participants receive a notification message that they can dismiss. The information remains visible near the webinar's duration at the top left corner of the screen.
