Attendees will be able to access the Webinar 15 minutes before the event. They will be eagerly awaiting the start of the Webinar! Let's play some videos and get the audience excited. Playing a music video or a promotional video about your company is a great idea.
Play Videos in the Waiting Room
Make the most of the waiting room by adding up to 4 YouTube videos to entertain and inform your attendees. This feature, available 15 minutes before the webinar starts, allows you to create an engaging environment and set the tone for the upcoming event.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Select "
Webinar parameters" by opening the contextual menu
of the webinar to edit.
- Click on "
Waiting room”.
- Click "+" and enter the URL of the video, then click "Add". To remove a video click on "
Remove" in the upper right corner of the video.
- Click "Close".
Note: The share link for the video can be found by clicking on the "Share" button on Youtube. You can set from which timing of the video you want to start.
