Highlight Someone in a Bubble

Do you want to inform your colleague that something requires their attention? You can mention their name in a Bubble or pin one of their messages for everyone to see.

Mention Someone in a Bubble

You can mention the person to whom the message is directed. You can mention multiple users in a message. People with this mention will be notified and will focus on the message you want to share with them.

  1. Enter "@" in the textbox and type the name of the person you wish to mentions, or find and click from the list.
  2. Type your message and click "send.svg Send”.

Note: You will receive a notification when you are mentioned, even if you have set the notification for that bubble to off.

Pin a Message in a Bubble

In a bubble, you can Pin one or more conversation messages at any time, making them visible to all members of the bubble. This is very useful for highlighting a specific point in the conversation to revisit or discuss further.

  1. You are in a conversation and you want to Pin a message. Open the contextual menu "more_vert.svgPin" on the right side of the message to pin.
  2. Confirm.
    The message will be pinned for everyone in the conversation.
    The message in the conversation is marked as pinned: pin.svg.
  3. To view pinned messages, select the Pin icon pin.svgon the right side of the top bar to open the view window. Select the same icon or click outside the window, to close the window.
  4. Use the same way to pin other messages.

Note: To unpin a message, use the contextual menu "more_vert.svgUnpin" on the right side of the message (marked as pinned pin.svg in the conversation) or select the cross close.svgof the pinned message in the view window.

Note: To unpin a message, press and hold the pinned message and tap "keep_off_24dp_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24 (1).svg Unpin this message".
