At any time, you can remove a contact from your network, for example, if you no longer work with that person. In this case, you won't see their presence status anymore. You won't be able to make audio or video calls with this contact. However, you can still send them messages. The conversations with this contact will not be deleted.
Remove a Contact from my Network
You can simply remove a contact from your network by opening their Contact information tab:
- Select the contact you want to remove. The contact information tab is displayed.
- Select the "Remove from my network" button.
- Confirm to remove the contact.
You can also remove a contact from your network from the Contacts Space:
- Open your Contacts Space by clicking on the icon in the left menu.
- List members of your network, by selecting "My Network" from the picklist in the top bar.
All your contacts that are part of your network are displayed in alphabetical order. - Select this icon displayed when you hover over the contact to remove their from your network.
- Confirm to remove the contact.
You can simply remove a contact from your network by opening their Contact information tab:
- Open a conversation with a contact. Open "" and click on " Contact information".
- Click on " Remove from my network".
- Confirm to remove the contact.
You can also remove a contact from your network from the Contacts Space:
- Open your Contacts Space by clicking on the icon .
- Click on " Filter" and select "My network" to list your network.
- Long press a contact and click " Remove".
- Confirm to remove the contact.
